About the Doctor :
With over 15 years of experience in medicine, nine of which in the ENT specialty, Dr. Bala is a prominent surgeon in the field of ENT with a keen interest in maxillofacial surgery and head and neck cancer surgery. In addition to being highly skilled in basic ENT practices such as sinusitis surgeries and ear surgeries, Dr. Bala is also trained in a vast area of subspecialties such as facial trauma and sleep disorder surgeries. Prior to joining Tropicana Medical Centre, Dr. Bala was a Senior Registrar in Head, Neck and ENT in Australia before returning to Malaysia to head the Department of Head, Neck & ENT Surgery in Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah and Hospital Sg Buloh respectively.
