The International Patient Centre (IPC) & Patient Care Centre (PCC) is a one-stop service centre catering to the needs of our international and outstation patients. Located on Ground Floor, the Centre serves as a hospital information centre and also the initial point of contact for patient registration, orientation and admission.

In IPC & PCC, we provide general hospital information and tour to our new patients. In addition, we also carry out outpatient registration for outstation Malaysian and International patients. Our International Patient Coordinators and Patient Service Staffs are fluent in English, Chinese, Tamil and Malay to communicate with patients from all races. Interpreters for others languages can also be pre-arranged.
