Enquiry :
- Call our International Patient Centre/Patient Care Centre at +603 6287 1023 or e-mail us at patientenquiries@tropicanamedicalcentre.com for all enquiries.
- Our International Patient Coordinator/Patient Care Coordinator will assist you on the specialist to see, what type of medical procedures required and the estimated fees involved.
- The following information are important for us to assess the patient’s condition accurately :
- Name as in passport
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Current address and contact number
- Details of enquiry
- Medical records or referral letter (if available)
Confirmation of Treatment :
- Once the patient confirms the treatment option, he/she must acknowledge the estimated fee and confirm the arrival date and time.
- We will assist in making arrangements for accommodation, tours and travels; interpreters, counseling, dietary requirements and housekeeping services.
Patient Arrival /Admission / Discharge :
- Our concierge will receive the patient upon arrival and bring them to our medical centre or to the pre-arranged accommodation.
- We will then assist in registering and directing the patient to the designated specialist.
- We will continue to assist the patient throughout his/her stay here in TMC.
- We will also assist the patient in making arrangements for transport to the airport upon discharge.
