About the Doctor :
Dr. Colin is the founder and Director of Damansara Women's Specialist Centre which is now known as Tropicana Medical Centre. As the founder and pioneer, he has been instrumental in creating the strong reputation of the hospital in general and the fertility centre in particular with its efficiency and high success rates. With over 25 years in medicine Dr. Lee is well versed in a vast area of O & G practice, with a particular focus on fertility. In addition to medical practice, Dr. Colin was also active in the development of reproductive health in Malaysia, having served as president of Malaysian Society of Assisted Reproductive Technology (MSART) and a board member of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproductive Endocrinology (ASPIRE).

About the Doctor :
With over 15 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Surinder is a highly skilled O & G Specialist, with a keen focus on reproductive endocrinology and laparoscopic surgery. Previously attached to USM & UKM, Dr. Surinder joined the then Damansara Women's Specialist in October 2003. Since then he has been instrumental in the management of over 500 ART cycles, including IVF, ICSI, blastocyst transfers, frozen embryo replacement and pre-implementation genetic diagnosis. In addition to practicing in the TMC Fertility Centre of Tropicana Medical Centre, Dr. Surinder currently heads the group's regional branch in Johor Bahru as Medical Director. Under his leadership, the Johor Bahru branch was able to successfully elevate the local ART pregnancy rates to those comparable to leading international fertility centres, with clinical pregnancy rates of over 50% per embryo transfer. In addition, he was also responsible for introducing innovative reproductive techniques such as blastocyst-transfer babies in Johor Bahru.

About the Doctor :
Dr. Dev Menon is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who subspecialises in Reproductive Endocrinology and Therapeutic Laparoscopy. He graduated from the University of Nottingham Medical School in the United Kingdom with honours and passed his MRCOG in the first attempt. He has been working in the United Kingdom including the London Fertility Centre for 10 years before returning to Malaysia to serve the government at the University Hospital before joining Damansara Fertility Centre. Dr Menon lectures at workshops for the local medical communities held in University Malaya Medical Centre on Gynaecological and Fertility related topics. He is frequently invited to speak at various workshops for medical practitioners in Malaysia. He has published papers on various local and international medical publications. Dr. Menon also sits as a committee member on the board of the Malaysian Society For Assisted Reproductive Technology (MSART)

Dr Aldrin Lie graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 1995 and commenced training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from University of Malaya in 1999. He graduated as a O&G specialist in 2002. Subsequently he was attached as a clinical specialist in Hospital Tunku Jaafar, Seremban where he was in charge of the fertility unit. Currently he is the O&G Consultant at TMC Fertility Centre.
